Return and refund policy

Due to the products being custom-made, returns and refunds are not possible except in case of receiving a damaged product or the wrong item.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged upon arrival or if you receive the wrong item. Proof of damage is mandatory. Without it, no refund is possible.
