Return and refund policy

Due to the products being custom-made, returns and refunds are not possible except in case of a damaged product or receiving the wrong item.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged upon arrival or if you receive the wrong item. A video of opening a package and clearly showing the damage to the product is mandatory. Without it, no refund is possible.
